The kids are beyond excited about Halloween, which seems to have an endless buildup through school and their other activities. Last Friday Stasha's swim club had pumpkin relays (who knew real pumpkins could actually float?) and yesterday at Ukrainian dance kids came in their costumes and the club president, an overgrown boy himself, brought chocolate for the kids.
Stasha is happy about recycling costumes and is a princess again, but this year Theo is a pirate.
There's also this awesome house downtown, unfortunately not in our neighbourhood, that set up this entire army of the dead storming a castle! Very Jason and the Argonaut-esque.
