For May Day we went to my supervisor's place where her friend presided over the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Schwenker">Schwenker</a>, a swinging/rotating grill over a firepit, upon which marinated pork can be cooked. For someone who comes from a culture that fetishizes the cooking of pork, this was an epiphany! I want one of these! May 1.
