Okay, there is a reason behind this: while in Winnipeg, my supervisor and I both bought curry chicken buns from the Sri Lankan stall at the Forks, to eat on the plane (Air Canada doesn't give you so much as a peanut for a 2 hour flight). They were so good, I really wanted to try making one myself. But I have a long way to go.
