I've been fighting a cold and sore throat all week it seems, and keep trying to get all the rest I can get. I had to take the kids to judo, and was curled up on the gym mats when one of the sensei took pity on me and suggested "Why don't you go upstairs where it's quiet and dark?" So I went up and dragged out an unused tatami to lie on.

I was too worried about falling asleep to actually fall asleep - but the dark and the quiet was nice.
