I've had this dodgy relationship with dairy for a while and so have avoided ice cream for nearly six years now. After realizing that I can eat yogurt no problem, it dawned on me that duh! frozen yogurt is fair game! Even better on top of warm white chocolate chip cookies and topped with hot fudge sauce.
