I picked up the copies of my bound thesis today, which somehow made it feel more official and more final. In addition to dedicating it to Theo and Stasha, it is also dedicated to Sarah Hargreaves, my very first yoga teacher, who started me on this path so many years ago. Much of my personal practice is still influenced by her teaching, her wisdom, and very great heart.
