We woke to a beautiful Waikiki morning.
Still a bit jet-lagged, we spent the day exploring Waikiki, including of course the beach
the food court with shave ice
and the market around the corner where Stasha found salmon musubi. This was unexpectedly exciting with her, for, as she says, "I always wondered what those triangle things are that kids eat in anime movies". I think they were maybe a tad underwhelming, but fun to try anyway.
and in any case, only equalled in excitement by gum, apparently only available in America.
