Every month, Stasha and Theo's school has an assembly where a few kids out of each classroom get some sort of recognition award. This morning Stasha got one for "willing to take on new challenges" or some such thing like that. She was pretty excited! Note that she is wearing a black velvet dress with pink and green yoga pants. Yes, that is normally how she dresses.
Here she is with her teacher, Mrs. Fraser:
Also note that I'm making my pictures bigger, so you don't have to view the full size images if you don't want to. You knew that though, right? Clicking on the smaller pictures here gets you to the big one.
Heh, always glad to see it's not just my girls that dress like that. If they had a Vogue for the 4-6 set, I can just imagine the fashion columns- Don't be afraid to combine 5 or more colours! Or- Layering, it's not just for warmth!
ReplyDeleteOh, and I just noticed the Hamish McBeth thing- that's what the DVD subtitle option is for! Paul can't understand anything that isn't newscaster English in dialogue, and now he's addicted to DVD subtitles. I have to beg to watch a movie without them on now.
ReplyDeletethat's the annoying thing, Cris - this one doesn't have subtitles or even CC.
ReplyDeleteI admit we watch subtitles whenever they're available, otherwise. Even Angel (did he say DEMON dimension, or STEVEN's dimension? etc)
The other movie where I was miffed there were no subtitles - Merchant of Venice. But to be honest - it would probably take longer to read than hear, in that case.
