It was still cool and wet this morning, so I thought I'd just go downstairs and run on the treadmill. However, Sami now recognizes running clothes, and started leaping round excitedly as soon as I put them on, so I felt kind of guilty and decided to run the coulees anyway. It was damned soggy once we were off the red shale and I nearly wiped out a couple of times when the trail was steep and muddy, but it didn't slow her down a bit. She needed a bath after our this and I was late for work. . June 23
