I had to go over to the new Water and Environmental Research building to borrow some pipette tips and was agog at how beautiful it was. There's kind of a moat and pond around it, and the entrance foyer has this incredible lounge that looks like a freakin' Ikea showroom, with a view of the coulees and the train bridge. I am seething with envy, I tell you! Seething! Maybe I will sneak over here for coffee one day just to enjoy the view.
